OUR MISSION

6 years ago, Flamingo Racing LLC came to fruition with the mission to grow the sport of cycling for women. After three years racing for Papa Johns, the last three years the team has been racing for Capital Wealth Advisors. The CWA racing team features an international, all-women’s, group of professional cyclists who travel nation wide to represent.

Our incredible group of female athletes are dedicated to competing, enthusiastic for promoting women’s racing, and passionate about being ambassadors for the next generation of female athletes. We strive to give women a chance to develop their talent and provide them the opportunity to race which is important to both mental and physical health. Competition provides many life lessons that makes us stronger in our daily lives.

It is important for us to serve as leaders and role models so that we can inspire other women to challenge themselves, be an example for up-and-coming racers, and have a voice for productive change in the industry. We exhibit teamwork, good sportsmanship, and positive attitudes both on and off the bike. In addition to racing, the women also empower others to help those in need by participating in cycling charity events.

This year, we are excited to announce, in addition, we will be pioneers in an exciting new frontier in the cycling world, gravel. As most of the country remains closed, hundreds of miles of gravel roads are ready for exploration and competition. Equipped with new gravel bikes, we have created a brand new team that will travel to the biggest gravel races in the country, such as Unbound Gravel in Kansas.

We are so thankful for the help of our sponsors, without which none of this would be possible. We have established lasting relationships with the brands that support our mission, and we foresee that successful bond continuing for years to come as we pave the way for the future generations of female racers.
