OUR MISSION

Flamingo Racing’s mission is to provide opportunities for women with diverse backgrounds, to pursue their goals in women’s cycling.  For the last 7 years the team had given women a safe place to develop as cyclist and focus on the communities around them to help further the participation of the women in the sport of cycling.

2022 roster includes riders from Europe, South America and  North America.  The team will be racing the national road calendar and high profile grand fondo’s.  For the second year running the team will also be fielding a gravel team, that will be racing throughout the country.
