38-year-old American, Dr. Christy Keely (“Rocket”) has join our team as assistant director. Her extensive experience in sport and wellness is key to our succeeding in our team goals. After being a competitive swimmer in high school/College, Christy had a brief career in triathlon before she turned to bike racing.
Throughout her career as a successful professional cyclist, she studied to earn her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. After five years of working in a level 1 Neuro-trauma center and racing as a UCI professional cyclist, “Rocket” found she was able to help more people through coaching, healing with exercise and proper nutrition along with lifestyle improvements. This is her passion and what she now participates in full time. Christy states, “ I have stepped away from racing full time to team up with other people in smashing their goals!” Smash them they do!
